Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport (KAN)
Situated in Ikeja, Lagos State, the Murtala Muhammed International Airport serves Lagos, southwestern Nigeria and the rest of the Nation. The Airport was built during World War Two, and was originally called Lagos International Airport, however it was renamed in the mid 1970's.

Named after the country's first President, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe, Abuja Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport is the main airport that serves the Capital city. The head office of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority is situated on the airport grounds.
